US OCTG pricing holds steady for 2nd week
OCTG spot prices in the US are flat again this week, Kallanish hears from market participants, who additionally comment that the pricing levels must be at or near a cyclical bottom.
The price range for welded P110 5.5-inch casing is unchanged at $1,900-2,050/short ton for the second week.
An OCTG commodities analyst based on the Gulf Coast acknowledges the drop in casing prices in April from March and expects more deterioration may be on the way.
