Met-coal demand, prices softening in Q2: Warrior
Warrior Met Coal expects a pullback in steelmaking coal prices during the second quarter, with demand then improving during the second half of 2024, Kallanish learns from the company's latest earnings report.
"We expect demand from world's largest met coal import regions to remain softer throughout the second quarter,” notes chief executive officer Walt Scheller during the first-quarter earnings conference call.
