Turkish wire rod exports almost halve in November
Following their slump in October, Turkish wire rod exports almost halved in November to 55,132 tonnes, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. This is also a sharp fall from 157,661t in September and 70,016t in October.
The average price was $711/tonne, down from $776/t in November 2021 but up from $689/t in October 2022.
