Renesas halts some semiconductor production sites after quake
Major Japan-based semiconductor manufacturer Renesas has suspended production at some of its plants after an earthquake on Thursday struck the coast of Fukushima Prefecture, the company says.
Production at the Naka factory was immediately halted. Operation resumption will be decided based on factors including the state of the facility.
