German scrap market expects price fall in July
German scrap prices have decreased in June due to low demand and a very quiet market, say local market participants. They expect values to continue to fall next month.
“Steel mills are still reducing output and, as a result, the amount of scrap purchased by them also decreased,” one buyer tells Kallanish.
