ArcelorMittal plans construction elements fabricator in Ukraine
ArcelorMittal Construction will invest €40 million ($44m) to build a production facility for construction elements for the reconstruction of damaged infrastructure in Ukraine after the war. The company signed an agreement to this end on Tuesday in Kiev with Ukraine Invest, Kallanish learns.
