Semis: The Philippine billet import market was briefly active in early March before falling as buyers stayed away.
Raw Materials: The Vietnamese scrap import market saw greater liquidity early last month. However, import prices reversed into a decline as the global scrap market weakened and local steel demand remained subdued.
