ZTZ produces LDP for Asia-Pacific region, gas pipelines
Russia's Zagorsk Pipe Plant (ZTZ) has started production of large-diameter pipe (LDP) for the Asia-Pacific region, the company says.
Product is made from K60 steel for sections of gas pipelines running through zones of active tectonic faults. This can withstand increased deformations and maintain stability under active seismic impact, of up to 8 on the MSK-64 scale, the enterprise claims.
