Zongheng Fengnan Steel hot tests blast furnaces
Hebei Zongheng Group's Fengnan Iron & Steel has already hot tested four blast furnaces and two hot blast stoves in recent days, according to local market reports. Fengnan Steel began relocating in May 2017 and was scheduled to resume production in August 2018, Kallanish notes.
