Zhengzhou completes capacity reduction target
Zhengzhou city in northern China's Henan Province has reportedly completed its capacity reduction target for 2019, Kallanish notes.
Henan Changtai company in Zhengzhou has moved one 60-tonne converter to Guangxi for a new steel plant there. This removed 950,000 tonnes/year of crude steel capacity from Zhengzhou.
