Zhayi Steel targets return to pure EAF steelmaking
The Hebei Department of Ecology and Environment has officially accepted the latest environmental impact assessment (EIA) of the transformation and equipment upgrade project of Qian’an Zhayi Iron and Steel in Tangshang.
