Zhanjiang tests rotary hearth furnace
Baosteel’s Zhanjiang steelworks has successfully hot tested its rotary hearth furnace for solid waste, according to official news monitored by Kallanish.
The production line will use rotary hearth furnace direct reduction technology to recycle zinc-bearing dust and sludge. It has an annual capacity of 200,000 tonnes.
