Zhanjiang receives first cargo in finished product wharf
The new finished product wharf at Baosteel's Zhanjiang steelworks project in southern China has moored its first ship since it began trial operation on 27 March 2016, according to the Zhanjiang Evening News. The captive port can reduce costs and Zhanjiang is expected to use the new wharf to export finished steel products, Kallanish notes.
