Zekelman renames American Tube Manufacturing
North American tube producer Zekelman Industries has renamed \recent acquisition American Tube Manufacturing to Atlas Tube – Birmingham, Kallanish reports.
Zekelman purchased the Birmingham, Alabama, based hollow structural section product in February. Financial details were not disclosed, though the company noted at the time that it generated annual revenues of $26.2 million.
