Zekelman buys Birmingham's American Tube
North American tube maker Zekelman Industries has made yet another acquisition, Kallanish reports.
Birmingham, Alabama’s American Tube Manufacturing will be rolled into Zekelman’s Atlas Tube division but will retain its individual branding.
Financial details of the buy were not released.
