Zaporizhstal increases pig iron production in June

Ukrainian flat steel producer Zaporizhstal, partially owned by Metinvest, increased pig iron production in June, the company says. It produced 366,200 tonnes last month, up by 27.9% on-year, Kallanish notes. In January-May Zaporizhstal increased pig iron production by 2% on-year to 2.16 million tonnes.
