Zaporizhkoks reduces coke production in October
Ukraine’s Zaporizhkoks plant, part of Metinvest, decreased production of blast furnace coke in October, the company says.
Output amounted to 68,300 tonnes, down by -1.7% on-year. In September production was 68,000t, more by 3% on-year (see Kallanish passim). However, in January-October the plant produced 711,700t, up 3.6% on-year.
In 2019 output amounted to 888,900t, up 5% on-year.
