Zaporizhkoks coke output rebounds in July
Ukraine’s Zaporizhkoks plant, part of Metinvest, increased production of blast furnace coke in July by 2.3% month-on-month to 74,300 tonnes, which is 1.5% more year-on-year, Kallanish notes.
The plant’s output in June was 72,600t, down by 4.1% on-month, but 2.1% more on-year.
January-July production of blast furnace coke thus rose almost 2% on-year to 509,600t.
