China's Yonggang adds new EAF
Yunnan province’s Julida Steel, part of the Yonggang Group, has announced it will upgrade its production facilities for billet and long steel production, Kallanish notes.
The facility is located in Gucheng Industrial Park in Yiliang County. The new construction includes a 100-tonne electric arc furnace, two ladle refining furnaces and supporting facilities.
