Yunnan Xianfu Steel commissions upgraded capacity
Yunnan Yuxi Xianfu Iron & Steel completed the construction of part of its capacity upgrade project and put this equipment into production on Monday 18 January. As the first phase of the upgrade project, the steel plant commissioned a 1,350-cubic-metre blast furnace, a 100-tonne converter and a 100t ladle furnace, Kallanish notes.
