Youfa acquires steel logistics company from Delong
Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group says it will secure the 30% stake in Sichuan Yunganglian Supply Chain Company held by Delong Steel at zero cost. This is because Delong did not make the agreed capital contributions to the Sichuan-based company.
After the transaction is completed, Youfa will hold 100% of Sichuan Yunganglian Supply Chain, Kallanish notes.
