Yongjin to purchase Tsingshan's stainless steel subsidiary

Zhejiang province's Yongjin Metal Technology says it has reached a purchase agreement for 100% shares of Tsingshan stainless steel subsidiary Tsingtuo SKS Company. Tsingtuo SKS is 60% owned by Tsingshan subsidiary Tsingtuo Group, with the balance held by Shanghai Outokumpu Stainless Steel, Kallanish notes. It was previously located in Shanghai before it moved to Fujian in 2018.
