Yongjin starts stainless mill second-phase construction
Zhejiang Yongjin Metal Technology has started construction of the second phase of its stainless steel strip project, Kallanish notes.
The producer plans to add another 195,000 tonnes/year of stainless strip capacity with a total investment of CNY 1.17 billion ($181 million) in the second phase. The project is due to commission in the second half of 2022.
Adding to the 125,000 t/y of capacity that commissioned in the first phase, Yongjin will see 320,000 t/y …
