Yongjin posts first-half earnings, shipments growth
Amid complex global environmental changes and downward economic pressures in the first half of 2022, China-listed Zhejiang Yongjin Metal still saw higher revenue and profit thanks to higher production and sales, according to its half-year report.
In H1, Yongjin produced 1.22 million tonnes of cold rolled stainless steel, up 15.8% from a year earlier, Kallanish notes. Sales meanwhile grew 15.64% to 1.21mt.
