Yinggang hot tests new converter
Minmetals Yingkou Medium Plate Company (Yinggang) in Liaoning Province has successfully hot tested a new 120-tonne converter, Kallanish notes.
The project was constructed by MCC CISDI. The converter has a design capacity of 1.4 million tonnes/year of steel.
