Yicheng Xinneng to buy Kaifeng Tansu electrode project
Yicheng New Material Company (Yicheng Xinneng) in Henan Province, will purchase 100% of Kaifeng Carbon Company (Kaifeng Tansu) from Pingmei Shenma Group by issuing shares, Yicheng Xinneng says. This purchase will give its listed company control of a major local graphite electrode project, Kallanish notes.
