Yancoal to control Inner Mongolia Mining
Listed Yanzhou Coal Industry says it will invest CNY 3.962 billion ($590.6 million) in Inner Mongolia Mining Group to obtain 51% of its equity, and an agreement has been signed to that effect, Kallanish notes.
This transaction will be conducted through the Inner Mongolia Property Rights Exchange Center. Inner Mongolia Mining Group plans to use the funds to repay the principal and interest of its debts, supplement operating liquidity and expand production.
