Yancoal Australia returns to profit on record revenue
The ASX-listed coal miner Yancoal Australia returned to profit in the first half with a profit after tax of AUD 1.74 billion ($1.2 billion), as opposed to a loss after tax of AUD 129 million a year earlier, underpinned by record high revenue drvien by higher coal prices, Kallanish notes.
