Yancoal Australia coal production up in June quarter
Australia-listed coal miner Yancoal Australia has achieved 14.8 million tonnes run of mine (ROM) coal production in the June quarter, up from 11.2mt in the first quarter and 12.5mt a year ago, Kallanish notes. The quarterly production has brought the firm's first half production to 26mt, slightly higher than 25.8mt a year ago.
