Xuzhou restricts steel, coke production further
Eastern China’s Xuzhou city has upgraded its coke production restriction level from 50% to 70%, effective from April 2018. Some local steelmakers have also stopped production during sudden environmental inspections and environmental upgrade orders, Kallanish notes.
