Xuangang to quit Zhangjiakou by end-2019
The Hebei Development and Reform Commission has insisted that Xuan Steel (Xuangang), part of the HBIS Group, exits the city of Zhangjiakou on schedule. The notice was apparently a response to Fang Yiming, a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, who on 3 June advised that the project should be delayed, Kallanish notes.
