XOM, joins KMI, EagleClaw, Apache on PHP project
Oil supermajor ExxonMobil (XOM) is joining Kinder Morgan Texas Pipeline, Apache and EagleClaw Midstream Ventures in the proposed $2 billion Permian Highway Pipeline (PHP) project.
