Xinpu Steel transfers capacity quotas to three steelmakers

China’s Anyang Xinpu Steel is planning to transfer capacity quotas for 1.4 million tonnes/year of ironmaking and 2m t/y of steelmaking to two companies in different cities in the same province of Henan, according to its plan announced by the Anyang Bureau of Industry and Information Technology.
