Xinjiang relocates steel production capacity to Guangzhou
The Industry and Information Technology Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region announced a steel capacity replacement plan on 29 April. It will shift equipment from Xinjiang province to Guangdong province, Kallanish notes.
