Xinjiang Minxin adds EAFs, closes converters
Northwest China's Xinjiang Province announced on 24 July a capacity replacement plan at Xinjiang Minxin Group's Minhang Special Steel. The steelmaker plans to add two electric arc furnaces with a capacity of 1.11 million tonnes/year, Kallanish notes.
