Xining Special Steel starts reorganisation
The Xining Intermediate People's Court has announced that China’s Xining Special Steel has entered reorganization procedures in response to applications filed by some creditors, Kallanish notes.
On 22 May, creditor Qinghai Junbai Trading submitted an application, arguing that Xining Special Steel needs to reorganise because it cannot pay off due debts, and its assets are insufficient to pay off all its debts (see Kallanish passim).
