Xining Special Steel loses money in 2018
Xining Special Steel has announced that its operating revenue fell by -8.71% year-on-year to CNY 6.79 billion ($1 billion) in 2018. Its net attributable losses were CNY 2.05 billion, while in 2017, it had earned profit of CNY 59.81 million, Kallanish notes.
