Xinhai starts fifth electric furnace for ferronickel
The fifth rotary kiln electric furnace (RKEF) in the project of Shandong Linyi Xinhai New Materials Company (Xinhai) started production on 25 March. It is anticipated to produce saleable ferronickel in April. So far, Xinhai has already added five ferronickel production lines and is adding capacity faster than it had previously announced, Kallanish notes.
