Xingcheng Special to add two electric arc furnaces
China’s Jiangyin Xingcheng Special Steel is seeking various approvals from the local government for the construction of two new electric arc furnaces (EAFs), with a total investment of CNY 2.15 billion ($299 million), Kallanish notes.
