Xianggang revives BF production
Xiangtan Iron & Steel (Xianggang) under Valin Steel has revived production at its No.2 blast furnace after refurbishment, Kallanish notes.
The No.2 blast furnace has an inner volume of 2,580 cubic meters and started refurbishment on 9 November 2019. It upgraded the design of the furnace, and renovated the concrete base and refractories.
