Xi’an Taoyuan begins work on furnace manufacturing facility
China's Xi’an Taoyuan Metallurgical Equipment Engineering Company (TYMEC) held an opening ceremony on 27 May for a new facility to produce electric arc furnaces, Kallanish notes.
The base has attracted total investment of almost CNY 200 million ($28.93m) and is located in Xihu High-Tech development zone. It is estimated that it will help the company's output value reach CNY 700m after commissioning in May 2020.
