Wuzhou Jinhai operates new 1,050mm stainless rolling mill
Guangxi-based Wuzhou Jinhai Stainless Steel produced the first coil at its new 1,050m continuous hot rolling stainless steel mill on Tuesday, almost five months later than the initial plan, Kallanish learns.
The first production was 201 J3 stainless steel in a thickness of 4.5mm and a width of 650mm. In the next step, the new mill will carry out trial production of 304 series products.
