Wuyang signs Sinopec deal
Wuyang Iron and Steel, part of Hebei Iron and Steel Group, has signed a new cooperation agreement with Sinopec, which it has supplied since 2005, according to Hebei News. Their relationship with large state-owned energy companies is key to Wuyang's plans to boost margins, Kallanish notes.
