Worthington targets EV market with Tempel Steel acquisition
Worthington Industries is set to acquire Tempel Steel, having signed an agreement to purchase the electrical steel lamination company for a purchase price of $255 million, plus the assumption of certain liabilities. The transaction is expected to close in December.
