Worker dies in Grange Resources accident
Australia’s Grange Resources suffered a fatal accident on Friday when a worker fell at the north pit of the Savage River mine. The company has halted trading of its shares until next Tuesday at the latest, Kallanish notes.
Unions have said the accident happened while the worker was conducting scaling operations to ensure loose material cannot be dislodged, according to local media.
