Winsupply buys Pittsburgh-area pipe distributor
Dayton, Ohio-based Winsupply Inc has acquired Pittsburgh-area carbon and stainless pipe, valve, and fittings distributor Allegheny Pipe & Supply, Kallanish learns from a Winsupply release.
Financial terms for the deal were not disclosed. Allegheny Pipe & Supply is headquartered in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania.
Current owners Jim Morse and Tom Morse will retain their positions as president and vice president, respectively.
