Wieland acquires US stainless processor Heyco Metals
The German-based Wieland Group has acquired stainless steel strip processor Heyco Metals in Reading, Pennsylvania, to help expand the company's North American presence.
According to an update from Wieland, Kallanish understands that the group completed its acquisition of both Heyco Metals and the National Bronze Manufacturing company at the end of December.
