Austria's Welser acquires US Superior Roll Forming
Austrian-based Welser Profile has announced the acquisition of US company Superior Roll Forming in Valley City, Ohio, with effect from 1 June.
In early 2017, Welser announced that it plans to open a manufacturing site in the USA, (see Kallanish 22 February 2017). The acquisition is Welser’s first overseas venture. Headquartered in Ybbsitz, the company also has two plants in Austria and one in Germany, in Bönen, North-Rhine Westphalia. …
