US crude steel weekly output falls on lower capability utilisation
US crude steel weekly production and capability utilisation fell year-on-year in the week-ending 27 December, the latest figures released by the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) show. At the end of the last full production week of 2014 adjusted year-to-date production has crept over the line just 0.7% up on that of 2013.
