Weather conditions hit Vale` iron ore exports
Brazilian miner Vale’s iron ore and pellet exports fell year-on-year in January, according to Sindicato Nacional da Indústria da Extração de Ferro e Metais Básicos (Sinferbase) data monitored by Kallanish.
During the first month of this year, Vale’s exports of iron ore totalled 17.59 million tonnes. This volume was -37.9% less compared to the volume of 28.37mt in the corresponding period of 2019.
